Uncle Robert’s Meat Patties – Richard's mother's uncle was Robert Fryer – his Fish & Chip shop was located in the village of Nailsworth in the county of Gloucestershire just off main street – his meat patties were famous during the early 20’s throughout the county.  Uncle’s unique recipe was sausage meat and two slices of scalloped potatoes coated with beer batter and deep fried and served wrapped in newspaper. This is presently being featured in the menu with chip potatoes, green peas, and Coleman’s mustard.

From a Solid Foundation over 20 years ago a  Philips 66 Gas Station was reborn as a Dania Beach Landmark and Tradition. The walls are covered in knick-knacks from the Old Country, including photos of old trucks and half-century-old alcohol labels. There’s so much attention to detail that while eating, Henry VIII and his wives watch over you.
